We opened the original Digsby’s in March of 2016 and enjoyed over 5 ½ years of success and

friendship before the pandemic finally took its toll and we had to close. Missing our many

friends and our amazing food, we welcomed the opportunity to open again as “Digsby’s Too” in

March of 2023.

Housed in the oldest building in Seville (ca. 1819), we have embraced the quirks of a 200-year-

old structure with a nod to the past and a vision for the future as we carry on the tradition of

100 years of restaurants on this site.

Digsby’s Too brings many of the favorite dishes from our previous menu while adding some

new diner-style dinners and sandwiches, and a new breakfast menu. As an “Eclectic Eatery,” we

try to offer something for everyone, including a wide range of specials.

We strive to be a fun, laid-back place to gather with friends and family for breakfast, lunch, or

dinner, or to just pop in for a quick cup of coffee and a piece of homemade pie or something to-

go.
